B.Sc and B.Ed both have different approach of preparation. In B.Sc. Entrance exam they ask 12th level NCERT based questions whereas B.Ed includes various categories of questions based upon the stream you have chosen including general ability test general knowledge teaching skills, etc.

In Service elementary teachers holding Graduate degree. No, for doing this course, you don't need B.Ed. Thanks.

For UGC NET, you must be post graduate and also fulfilling the minimum percentage criteria i.e. 55% for unreserved category and 50% for reserved category.
