If you are interested in pursuing a B.Ed course, you can apply for B.Ed course. B.Ed is a two years course after completing graduation as you have completed B.Sc.
You can apply for B.Ed.

Candidate must have completed Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Science/ Social Science/ Commerce Humanity
Candidate must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education
Admission Process
Entrance Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for the Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Test conducted by the Centre for Distance and Open Learning (CDOL).
Counselling
Admission is through counseling based on the marks obtained in Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Test.

You can apply for B.Ed course. It does matter whether you have experience in teaching or not. So, you can apply in B.Ed course as your marks are quite good.

According to Distance Education Council (DEC), students can pursue two degrees through a combination of distance and regular modes, however, two-degree programme pursued through regular modes is not valid.
