Eligibility:
A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized university, and
Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission.
As you don't have teaching experience, you are not eligible.

Hi Sheetal,Yes, you can apply for B.E.D course from Jammu University, as eligibility criteria in general category is 45 percentage, as you have 47 %. So, you can apply.
