To appear in the UGC NET Exam there are some eligibility criteria. A per the UGC NET you must have post-graduation in the relevant subject with at least 55 % marks. There is no age limit to appear in the UGC NET Exam- https://medium.com/@rs2056694/cbse-ugc-net-2018-age-limit-exam-pattern-and-other-changes-you-must-check-out-166ee4b828e0 but to apply for the Fellowship programme you need to be not more than the age limit of 30 years (35 years for the candidates from the Reserved CAT. And, female candidates)
The candidates in the final year of post-graduation or have given exams of the final year and waiting for the results may also apply for the UGC NET Exam.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study and passed qualifying examinations conducted by the respective State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education/Exam and UG Degree Exam of the UGC Recognized Universities in any one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary/ Higher Secondary Educational Level.
The selection of candidates will be on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying UG/PG Degree examination.

Admission Process:
Admission to the eligible candidates shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or as per the selection procedure laid down by the State Government of Maharashtra and Pravesh Niyantran Samiti, Mumbai from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have passed the Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce of Savitribai Phule Pune University or of any other recognized university with at least 50 % marks. Or Bachelor in Engineering / Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics of any recognized university with at least 55 % marks. S/he should have offered at least one school subject at the first and/or second-degree level as a principal or subsidiary or allied or optional subject. (School subject means the subject included in the syllabus of the Secondary/Higher secondary level of State/ Central Education Board in India).

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a full time four years course Offered by Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by NCTE.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with Minimum 50% Marks in Senior/Higher Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its Equivalent Examination from Science Stream/Discipline and belonging to Open/General Category or b) Candidates with Minimum 45% Marks in Senior Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its equivalent examination from Science Stream/Discipline and SC,ST, DT-VJ, NT 1,N.T.-2, NT-3, OBC, SBC category belonging to the State of Maharashtra c) Candidates from Outside Maharashtra State/Jammu& Kashmir Migrant Candidates belonging to all Categories will be considered as Open Candidate and eligibility of Open category candidate will be applicable to them, Minimum 55% Marks for all Categories.
