Yes, you need to obtain individual minimum marks for Paper 1 and Paper 2 to clear net exam is that for general category candidates require 40marks in paper 1 and 80 marks in paper 2. And, for reserved candidates marks required 35marks in paper 1 and 70 marks in paper 2. You can go through previous year's paper for following up the type of questions they arrange.

The purpose of the exam UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is for selection of candidates for posts of only Assistant Professor or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.
So, you are not eligible for B.Ed.

At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science & Mathematics with 55% marks.
So, you are not eligible for B.Ed from IGNOU.

As you are government employee, you have to do B.Ed from IGNOU. At least 50% marks in the Bachelor's Degree is required with minimum of 2 years teaching experience. So, you can't apply for B.Ed. It is better you can do Master's degree for good results and with that marks you can apply for distance B.Ed course. Thanks.
