Reputed institutes rely on merit based admission process. They conduct relevant entrance exam and/or interview to select deserving candidates. Minimum qualification required is 10+2 Science stream pass from a recognized board. Minimum marks requirement may vary from one institute to another. Generally, it is around 45-55% aggregate marks. You must have a Post-Graduation Degree in a relevant subject for teaching class 11th and 12th along with B.Ed. Thanks.

No, you can't apply for B.Ed after class 12th.
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is graduate degree form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.
