As per official notification the National Testing Agency will conduct the upcoming UGC NET Exams. There will be no changes in UGC NET Exam pattern and syllabus.

For being eligible in the UGC NET Exam, you must complete the Masters programme in the Subject in which you want to make career. The Lectureship Exam is held every year and many candidates appear in this exam. Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET exam if your Diploma/degree/certificate from a foreign university is equivalent to a Master's degree of recognized Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.

Candidates those who want to make career in the lectureship and Research programme must prepare and appear for the National Eligibility test. The UGC NET Exam is conducted in the month of June and December month usually. Now if we talk about the Eligibility than the candidates are eligible for the UGC NET Exam, if they have completed the Masters or post-graduation in the Law with at least 55% marks (50 % marks if Reserved CAT. Candidates)
