With this combination, you can raise your career graph with some courses like:-
* Bio-Informatics (Biology, Maths, Statistics). * Astrobiology or Astrochemistry (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths)
* Neural Network Engineering (specializations in NLP, AI etc. )
* Bio Research Analyst.
* Microbiologist.
There are still lot more course available. All you had to do is identify your Field of Interest and find the course which is best suits you. You may try engineering or Medical also if that attracts you.

Yes, you can get admission even if you have 1 year experience but you need to have minimum 50% marks to be eligible to apply for B.Ed.
