The UGC NET Exam is conducted twice a year. Until July 2018 the CBSE was the conducting agency of the exam and the exam was conducted in the month of July and December. Now the environment minister has decided to conduct the UGC NET exam and the exam will be held in online mode only. The National Testing Agency is an individual part of government which will conduct the UGC NET NEET IIT-JEE and other national exams. The NTA has released the scheduled for UG NET December 2018. The candidates can fill the application form from 1st September to 30 September and the Exam will be held from 2nd December to 16th December 2018. The candidate can select their choice of the exam date as per their interest.

If you want to apply for B.Ed, you can certainly do so, but as far as teaching is concerned, you will be only eligible to apply for teaching in class I-VIII. A graduate with B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or colleges.
As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is either taught in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. So, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a master's degree. Apart from that, you will also have to qualify Teacher Eligibility Test conducted at state as well as national level. National Eligibility Test for Lectureship or the State Eligibility Test for Lectureship, both are conducted under the regulation of University Grant Commission. To be eligible for the test, you will have to score a minimum of 55% in your master's degree examination.

Both the field you mentioned are two different interest. You need to find in which field you want to make a career. Let me discussed here:
The Bank exam will allow you to apply for the banking job for PO, Clerk, manger and other posts. While the UGC NET Exam will enable you to become an assistant professor at university level, and for the JRF fellowship award. The eligibility for the Banking exam is graduation degree while the candidates must possess the post-graduation degree for the UGC NET Exam. However the final year candidates can apply for the UGC NET but they will be eligible for the NET certificate after the successful completion of the post-graduation degree. If you want to become a lecturer or want to pursue higher studies like Ph.D. then NET is the best option for you. Many PSU companies also hire NET qualify candidates through NET certificate on interview basis. Hope you get a brief idea about the differences in both exams.
