Hello, To be eligible for UGC NET exam, you need to score at least 55% (general category) and 50% (reserved category) in the Master's degree, whereas, the age limit is 30 years.
5 years relaxation for reserved aspirants and women candidates is provided.
To apply for the Lectureship in Social Work you need to prepare for the UGC NET Exam. The National Eligibility Test is conducted in two phases UGC NET Paper 1- https://scoop.eduncle.com/ugc-net-general-paper-research-and-teaching-aptitude
and Paper 2.

No, you do not need to appear for the UGC NET exam after completing MBA in technology management. UGC NET is conducted twice a year in order to select candidates for only Assistant Professor or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges. Unless you are planning to join the teaching line, you do not need to appear for the UGC NET.

Hostel at TSM for boys will be above average. It is mostly 2 sharing rooms.
Cot and bed are not available. You will have to bring them. Bathrooms are common per 3 rooms. 2 bathrooms per 6 students.

No, you cannot apply for it, because the eligibility says, back ward class people should have minimum 50% marks and 55% marks to other class of people to get admission for UGC NET.
