Majority of universities do not allow simultaneous study in two degree courses. You may look at rules & regulations of universities in which you are planning to do both the degrees. Beware that in order to do two degrees simultaneously, you may spoil learning and grades in both the degrees!

You are eligible for doing PhD in CS of Software not in the field of education.

I think if you are intrested in teaching it is a good option but for that you have to clear CTET also.

If you want to teach engineering students you must plan education upto Ph.D for career as a teacher. However, if you plan to teach in school B.Ed will prepare you for both Government & Private school teacher's job. With B.Tech Mechanical Engineering you can teach in an ITI and Polytechnics also. If you are excellent in any of PCM subjects you can join any JEE coaching school as a subject expert teacher.

As per my knowledge, it is just the nomenclature changes. However, if both two types are available in the same University or college than it is advisable to consult the institution.

if u want to for teaching as a com. teacher first u need to complete m.com then only u are eligible for pgt com. .in case if u are going for bed first u may be got admission in some universities but u are not eligible for tgt job in schools.what I recommend for u is that go for m.com first and then for b.ed

You are advised to do B.Ed after B.Com to fulfill your dream of becoming a teacher.

no not at all after 12 u can drop for one more year and it's not effect on Your future but after UG course if you drop one more year for preparation n then do PG course it can effect on Your placement.
