I need to know your interest. If you want to teach in degree college yoy need to do your masters , B.Ed and clear your net set. If undergraduates then you need to do your graduation with B.Ed

Hi
You need 65% in 12th with either maths/accounts and English. If you are very sure of going for this course, you may start right after 12th. I would suggest you to go through the complete course structure before making any decision as that will give you more clarity about it.

Hi Nikunj,
The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
