TS TET exam is conducted offline. The exam carries two papers. TS TET Paper 1 is for candidates who want to teach Classes 1 to 5, and Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach Classes 6 to 8. Candidates who intend to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to appear for both papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2).

To check TS EDCET 2026 seat allotment, visit the official TS EDCET counselling website. Click on “Seat Allotment Result”, enter your hall ticket number, registration number, and date of birth, then submit. Your allotted college will be displayed on the screen.

No, the UPTET exam is conducted once a year to provide the eligibility certificates to the candidates who clear the exam. The eligible ones can appear in Super TET exam conducted for the recruitment.

No, the UPTET exam does not gaurantee a job in the UP Government Schools. To get a job in those schools., the candidates will be required to clear the UP Super TET exam conducted state-wide to recruit the teachers.

The UP Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) notification 2025 PDF will be released by the Examination Regulatory Authority. It will notify all the details for the exam such as dates, syllabus, pattern, eligibility and the likes. The UPTET notification PDF will be available at shiksha.com for downloading purposes.
