Yes, if you belong to reserved category, then you can appear for the Andhra Pradesh EdCET with 45% in graduation. To get admission, you need to clear the exam

Candidates with a BEd can be considered for the SGT position. They need to undergo a 6-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognised by the NCTE within 2 years of their appointment as Secondary Grade Teachers.

- BBM
- BCA with Social Sciences at Intermediate level as group subject
- BA Special English
