No. Only 15% of management quota seats are open to candidates from all over India. While the remaining 85% of seats are reserved for Telangana local candidates.

Applicants are advised to first check the seat matrix released during Telangana NEET counselling process to get a seat of their choice.

The NEET counselling process in different states begins in July or August and 85% quota state counselling starts about midway through July. All activities from the first counselling round should finish before late August. The process of counselling requires candidates to register then select their choices before receiving their assigned seats until they report to their allocated college. The official state counselling websites of DMET and CEE along with other authorities issue updates regarding communication timings and admission regulations. Students need to refer to these platforms for the latest information.
