Below is the Texas State University application process:

Step 1: Applicants must first go to Texas State University main page and select “apply now"

Step 2:  The applicant is suppossed to select "Undergraduate apply". Now the student can decide he student can then decide if they wants to apply with Apply Texas or the Common App. Either application 
portal will have the student submit a $90 application fee

Step 3:  The student can start their application by clicking on "Start your application"button on the common webpage.

Step 4:  A blue screen will then appear with a list of options for the student to choose

The  MS in Cs application fee for Texas State University is USD 90 for all international students. The application fee is non-refundable. However, students can request a fee waiver if they need financial assistance. However, international students are not eligible for fee waiver at Texas State University. Students are required to deposit the application fee at the time of document submission during application.

Texas State University requires English language proficiency for International applicants. While the Texas State University mainly accepts the International English language testing system (IELTS), they also accepts other English language proficiency tests. In addition to IELTS, the University accepts other English proficiency tests such as TOEFL, DUOLINGO and PTE. The following table gives more details with the minimum score required from the tests for UG and PG minimum English requirements;
