Thiagarajar college engineering(TCE) is a govt aided institution and affailiated to Anna university  and situated in Madurai.

The college is accredited with A grade by NAAC and has been ranked 18th NIRF 2023 rankings among tops colleges india.

The selection process is based on the candidates performance in the highest secondary examination (Mathematics,physics,and chemistry).The latest cut off information ,i recommend checking the official college website thiagarajar college of engineering or contacting their administrative office directly,they provide up to date information on cut off and admission requirements.

Thiagarajar Engineering College accepts TNEA entrance exam scores, followed by a counselling process for admission to the BE course.
As per the TNEA 2025 last-round cutoff, the closing ranks varied between 1581 and 11826, of which Computer Science and Engineering was the most deasirable BE specialisations among the General AI category students.
