The TNEA cutoff for Sri Venkateswaraa College of Technology is a crucial factor in securing your admission, and it's determined during the TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) counseling process. The cutoff is not a fixed number but a rank based on your normalized 12th-grade marks. For instance, the TNEA cutoffs for B.E. / B.Tech. courses generally fall within a competitive range, with popular branches like Computer Science and Engineering having higher cutoffs. These cutoffs are published by the Directorate of Technical Education, and referring to the previous year's closing ranks can give you a clear idea of what to expect during

Admission to the B.E. / B.Tech. course at JP College of Engineering is primarily through the TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) counseling process. However, the college does have a limited number of seats available under a management quota. This management quota provides an opportunity for direct admission without a TNEA score, which can be an option for students who did not appear for the exam or did not secure a high rank. The fees for the management quota seats are typically higher, and you would need to contact the college's admission office directly for the specific process and fee details.

CSE and AI & DS are most competitive — need ranks roughly below 30,000 for early admission.ECE and IT also require good ranks but allow more flexibility (final cutoff nearly 100,000).EEE, and especially Civil, are more accessible—candidates with ranks up to 150,000–185,000 may still get a seat in later rounds.

Yes, you can get admission to BTech at M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology without appearing in TNEA counseling. To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although admissions are done based on ranks obtained in the TNEA counseling exam, there are some seats reserved for direct admission under the management quota.
