Yearly many companies are visiting our college.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students are studying here in the structural department. After completing this course, I got Rs. 20,000 salary with food and accommodation. Structural department recruitment companies are more in Chennai and Bangalore like consultants and contractors companies. The college fee is Rs. 62,000 per year, which is better than other colleges.

Infrastructure: Annamalai University infrastructure is very good. They provide paid hostel facility, and they have a large cricket ground, hockey, football and gyms. Food is very good, and there are department wise canteens. Teaching staff members and smart classrooms here are wonderful.

Faculty: Annamalai University has knowledgeable teaching staff members and guides. For engineering, there is a department-wise laboratory, and we have good learning ability and practical knowledge. They provide education with laboratory manual books and reference books.

Other: I have chosen structural engineering because I can learn to design, analysis and improve better knowledge. In the structural engineering branch of our college, yearly a minimum of 500 students is getting pass-out.

Placements: The placement for our seniors was better than us but this was the trend all over the country in the same period. Almost all the students got placed either in campus and off campus. The highest salary offered was 4 lacs per annum + fooding, lodging. Companies visited in our year were Shriram EPC ltd, KEC international, etc.

Infrastructure: Labs, library, medical facilities, sports and games very good. All type of sports are played with infra fir each sports either outdoor or indoor. Canteen facilities and classroom needs further improvement if searching for air conditioned classrooms. There are glimpses of government college.

Faculty: Some of the professors in structure dept were very brilliant while some were below par. It can be said in a 50:50 ratio. Mostly taught in english. The professors for RCC and structural subjects are very experienced person with several of them being UGC and AICTE members.

This is a very good college, and students can enjoy their life.

Placements: Around 2% of students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs 30,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs 10,000 per month. In this college, no top companies visit to hire students. There were no internships, and I would rate it 1 for placements.

Infrastructure: The building was old, but the environment was good. The hostel was average, but the building was old i.e diamond jubilee building. The infrastructure depended on students' mindset because it was good for Indian students but for foreigners it was old. I would rate 3 for infrastructure. The laboratory was also good in this college.

Faculty: In this college, no one help to improve students' knowledge. The exams were hard. I would rate the staff as 4, and also I would rate 5 for the laboratory exam. If students learn EC, then they can pass the exam.

Other: The environment of this college was very good.
