TNPSC Group 2 vacancies include two types of posts: Group 2 (Interview Posts) and Group 2A (non-interview Posts). The only difference is of Interview. The Group 2A candidates do not need to face the interview.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced a total of 2327 vacancies for the TNPSC Group 2 and Group 2A posts in 2024. This includes 507 vacancies for Group 2 (Interview Posts) and 1820 vacancies for Group 2A (Non-Interview Posts).
The Commission conducted the TNPSC Group 2 Prelims exam on September 14, 2024. The Commission is expected to increase the number of vacancies till the declaration of final result.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) website is the place to go to view the TNPSC Group 2 cutoff marks for the 2024 exam. The cutoff scores are often made public after the exam results. On September 14, 2024, the preliminary exam for the 2024 exam was held. The results, along with the cutoff scores, should be made public soon after.

Yes, the TNPSC Group 2 hall ticket has been released online on September 4, 2024. The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will conduct the TNPSC Group 2 prelims exam on September 14, 2024. The Commission informed the candidates about their exam centre, shift timing and reporting time through the official TNPSC Group 2 admit card.
The Commission is expected to release the TNPSC Group 2 answer key by September 20, 2024.

Yes, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission released the TNPSC Group 4 result 2024 on its official website- tnpsc.gov.in. The Commission released the result under the candidate's login. The candidates are required to check their result with their registration number and password. The Commission conducted the exam on June 9, 2024.
The Commission released the tentative answer key was released online on June 18, 2024. The last date to send the objections agains the incorrect questoin/answer was June 25, 2024.

In its official notification, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission specifies the sections. The TNPSC Group 2 Prelims exam is divided into two papers: General Tamil/General English, Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (90 points) and General Studies (300 points). The Mains exam consists of Paper I, which has a detailed syllabus covering Tamil Language Test (Descriptive Type) for 100 marks, and Paper II, which has 300 marks and covers topics such as the role of Science and technology in India's development, administration of unions and states with a focus on Tamil Nadu, socioeconomic issues, and current national and state-level issues.
