Yes, international students are required to submit TOEFL / IELTS score for admission to Fisher College USA. Apart from these test scores, PTE and Duolingo test scores can also be submitted. The minimum test scores that are required are:

To gain admission to Purdue University,  it is important to prove English proficiency as Purdue courses are offered in English only. Below is the table showing different ELP Tests and the minimum scores required for the same:

Yes, you can request a review of your TOEFL iBT Speaking and/or Writing scores through ETS if you believe they do not accurately reflect your abilities. You can request a score review of your TOEFL section up to 30 days after you take the test. You just need to pay USD 80 per section.

A TOEFL score of 100+ is considered strong for US universities. Ivy League schools may expect scores between 105 and 110.
