Most MBA programs ask for TOEFL iBT 90 to 105. Top B-schools like Harvard, Wharton, INSEAD ask for 100 or higher.

Mostly, universities check your TOEFL score, not percentile. But high percentile still shows your English level is strong.

A score of 110 is very high. It is around 95 percentile or more. It means you are in the top 5% of all test takers.
