It's hard to say what salary you will get after you finish the course. But generally an entry-level executive at a reputed brand could get atleast, 10k-15k/month.

Almost all the countries where tourism is a major industry would have that course. You may have to give GMAT as well for admission. There may be cases of rejection as your background in not tourism related. Just keep an open mind.

You can do Masters in Tourism from IGNOU or MBA in Tourism from any open university as distance learning.
The minimum eligibility requisite for this course is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45-50% in aggregate.
Age is no bar for Higher Education. All the best.
