No, there is no need to travel to Noida for good placement because Amity University itself provides good placements across the globe, so no need to worry about placement if you are studying in Amity University.

If you are currently studying in Amity University, then you don't need to give the entrance, otherwise you will have to give.

Tourism Administration takes you to manage tours, trips, and planning of events.
There are tourism departments in all states and there are thousands of companies that manage Tourism (not the travelling agencies).
You can even get jobs with good hotels at famous places.
