You can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel administration or B.Sc. In food Science or microbiology Degree but for a core Biology subject, you were needed to opt for Biology in class 12th only then you can do B.Sc. This is the first I have ever heard of geo tourism. Sounds like an interesting concept. I would think that a Bachelor in geology would be good preparation for a job in that area. You would need to be able to clearly understand the geology, so you would need a good set of background courses (sedimentology, stratigraphy, mineralogy, structural and historical geology). And you would have to understand it well enough to be able to explain it to non-geologists and answer questions. It does sound like a fun and rewarding way to make a living.

In tourism and hospitality, you don't need to choose major and minor but you have to choose your specific course in which you want to do your specialisation.
