The answer to your question is yes, you can join the David Memorial Business School without TSICET for Master's in Business Administration programme, as the eligibility criteria to get into the Business School is that;
1. The candidate should have completed any undergraduate degree with a minimum aggregate score of 50% for unreserved category and 45% for reserved category.

Candidates applying for the TSICET 2024 exam must pay INR 750 or INR 550. The charge varies on the candidate's category. Unreserved category candidates are need to pay INR 750. While reserved category candidates must pay INR 550 for the TSICET application fee. SC, ST, and differently abled are among the reserved categories that receive fee concessions.
