Many people may choose Duke University for an MBA in the USA over Tufts University because Duke's Fuqua School of Business is globally renowned for its academic excellence, distinguished faculty, and strong alumni network.

Duke's curriculum and collaborative and diverse community fosters an environment, where students benefit from a wealth of perspectives and experiences for aspiring business leaders. 

Tufts University is also pretty good with a strong reputation for its programs however most students prefer the curriculum structure and want to connect more with the network of alumni at Fuqua School at Duke University.

The cost of attendance at Duke University is slightly cheaper (5-6%) than that at Tufts University. This is however not definitive since many courses at Duke University are costlier than at Tufts so if you know the department you want to apply to, you can search up their tuition fees to do the comparative analysis. The usual trend observes a slight increase in fees at Tufts in comparison to Duke.

The university has mentioned that a way through which a student can get ready for career success is through an internship. From the Class of 2022, 85% of graduates completed at least one internship and 62% completed two or more. Tufts University job outcomes rate for the Class of 2023 is 96%. In other words, 96% were employed, enrolled in graduation school, or participating in a service or a fellowship within 6 months of graduation.

International students should aim for a cumulative GPA of at least 4 or above, according to Tufts University.
