The cut-off for UCEED is not out yet . It will be released during the seat allotment process.
(Note: only the candidates qualifying the UCEED part A cut-off will be qualified to go for part B ).

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati B.Des admission is based on candidates' performance in the UCEED exam, followed by a councelling process. IIT Guwahati B.Des cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 3 Seat Allotment Result. As per the IIT Guwahati cutoff 2023, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 11 and 14, respectively for the ST category students. So, candidates seeking admisison to this institute must secure a rank between 10 and 15 to get a seat for B.Des.

The cut-off for Round I of UCEED 2025 will be released alongside the seat allotment results, around the 2nd week of April 2025. The cut-off would be released in the form of category-wise opening and closing ranks. Also, the cut-off would ne released for all give participating institutes. Candidates who meet the cut-off criteria for Round I will get admission to the B. Des programme. However, if the candidate fails to meet the cut-off criteria, he or she will be considered for admission in subsequent rounds. Note that UCEED 2025 counseling will have five seat allotment rounds, and for each round a separate cut-off would be released.

The admission cut-off for UCEED 2025 will be released on April 21, 2025.
The seat allotment will be released online at the UCEED 2025 - IIT Bombay admission portal uceed.iitb.ac.in.
To download the seat allotment-cum-cutoff, you need to click on the seat allotment download button given under B. Des 1st Round of Seat Allotment heading. Note that no log-in is required to download the seat allotment results pdf.
Candidates who are allotted seats have to accept the seat and pay the fees. Note that candidates were also given the option to withdraw their seats.

IIT Bombay is among the most popular institutes to pursue a design course in India. So, it is no surprise that cut-off for admission to the institute is pretty high. UCEED Cutoff marks for Part A will be out on February 05, 2026. For IIT Bombay, in 2024, the cutoff marks for Open category was: Opening: 1 and Closing: 14.

The qualifying cut-off for UCEED 2026 will be prepared based on the following formulae: Marks obtained in Part-A will be used to shortlist candidates. The cutoffs (Delta) for Part-A marks to shortlist candidates in the OPEN category will be Mu+ (sigma/2) = Delta, where Mu and sigma are the average marks and standard deviation of distribution of marks obtained by ALL the candidates in Part-A of UCEED 2026. The Mu, sigma, and Delta will be rounded-off to two decimal places. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories shall have to fulfil a relaxed cut-off mark, which will be 0.9Delta for OBC-NCL/EWS, 0.5Delta for SC/ST/PwD, where

Yes, cut-off for UCEED will be released separately for each round of seat allotment. Candidates who meet the cut-off criteria in their respective categories will be considered for admission to the B. Des programme. Also, the cut-off for each round will be different for various categories like OPEN, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, etc. Candidates who meet the cut-off criteria for the category in a specific round will be eligible for admission to the B. Des programme. In case of candidates who fail to meet the cut-off in the first few rounds will be considered for admission in subsequent rounds.
