University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata accepts WBJEE entrance exam scores, followed by a counselling rounds for admission to the BTech courses. The WBJEE Round 2 cutoff is out wherein the closing ranks ranged between 5975 and 29421 for the General AI category students. The toughest course to get into the Techno India University among the General AI category students was BTech in CSE.

No, direct admission is not possible for UG level Engneering courses at UEM. To get admission to BTech at UEM Kolkata, candidates must appear for IEMJEE entrance exam, which is conducted by UEM. Students can appear for this exam in either online or offline mode. Find per the instructions given on the official website, candidates can refer to JEE Main exam pattern for online exam and WB JELET for offline exam. UEM Kolkata is a private university approved by the AICTE, UGC, and the Bar Council of India. UEM Kolkata is also a Member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, London, UK, and AIU. Moreover, it is also accredited by ICRA. UEM Kolkata has a total of 6 campuses and one of them is in Kolkata.

To be admitted to the BTech programme at UEM Kolkata, students must meet the minimum qualifying standards. Applicants for this course must have passed their Science stream in Class 12. A valid result from UEM Kolkata's internal entrance test is accepted for admission to the BTech program. In order to admit qualified candidates to its engineering disciplines, the college administers the IEMJEE. Admission to the BTech programme at UEM Kolkata would be extended to those who pass this exam with a valid score.
