Yes, UG Diploma at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Shimla is better than AIHM Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Shimla. This is because the IHM is run by the government of India, whereas the AIHM is a private Institution. The government issued certificates have more value in India than that of the private institutions. The government institutions also have lower fees compared to the private institutions. The curriculum for both the Institutions are almost similar.
