According to the latest National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) report, from the undegraduate (UG) batch of 495 graduates, 226 were placed at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Lucknow. The placement percentage for 2022-23 was 46 percent, and the median package of the placed graduates stood at INR 5 Lakh Per Annum. Some of the top companies that visit NIELIT Lucknow for recruitment include Google, IBM, Acko, Goldman Sachs, MavenHive, Expedia, and Code.

A division of NIELIT, the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India, is NIELIT Lucknow. It provides a range of both short- and long-term courses in electronics and information technology. In its 20 years of operation at its Gomti Nagar, Lucknow campus, NIELIT Lucknow has trained over 20,000 students.

But in UG Program there is 495 students graduated in 2020 in which 226 got placed and 9 chooses higher studies

Both the Colleges is better. We can not say any one college best due to they do their work in respective zone. But Here we can diffentiate on the basis of courses and their fee structure.

National Institute of Electronics and information Technology Lucknow accept for admission to UG Diploma if you have minimum 50% in the 12 th Examination . 

Examination Accepted : UP Class 12 th  and CBSE 12 th . 

Basically, the admission procedure for the Diploma courses is done through the class 12 th percentage or performances . But, According to the Source's it also Accept The NEILIT Entrance Examination Test for taking admission here .

NIELIT offers Protsahan Puraskar Scheme Specially for Special Categories Students Such as - ( SC / ST / Physically Handicapped and Female Students ) who is pursuing NEILIT O/A/B/C Level Courses . 

To avail it you need some Qualifications like - 

  1. You must be clear the papers in the first attempt ( not be done through re-attempt ).
  2. The Annual Family income should not be more than 1 LAKH P/A . 

Documents Required

  1. Proof of Registration / OP - Graduation
  2. Proof of passing the examination of relevant level . 
  3. Proof of Pursuing O/A/B/C Level Courses as Regular Student .

The Eligibility Citeiria for UG Diploma Courses at National Institute of Electronics and information and technologies Lucknow is only to obtained minimum 50% Marks in 12 th Examination . 

Examinations which are Accepted to get a opportunity at this institution: 

  1. CBSE 12th Examination

In the NIELIT Lucknow the Selection Process made through the Cutoff Marks / Percentage Basis . And the whole Process of admission is Only done through the online portal of NIELIT Lucknow . For applying under this Ug Diploma Courses you need minimum 50% Marks in Previous Examination .

The Minimum Cut off of this institution is around 75-87 (%). And Specially for SC/ST Students they will get some concession on the minimum cuttoff marks to attend this Courses completely .

Exams Accepted : CBSE 12th , UP 12th  

NEILIT Lucknow admission to non formal courses is done basis on online registration where in candidates need to appear in NIELIT in Lucknow O/A/B Level and CCC Courses.

In general, NIELIT Shimla considers a minimum percentile of 50% for general category students and 45% for SC/ST students for UG Diploma admissions. However, these are just guidelines, and the actual cutoff for a particular programme may vary.
