Hi, Garima. If a college is not by UGC or AICTE it's better not to join the university because all the certificates are issued by the same and any Certificate issued by a college not recognised by UGC or AICTE will have no value at all or very less value after graduation.

Yes, Chandigarh University is not only verified by UGC but also have the accreditation of A+ grade by NAAC, having NIRF ranking and many more accreditation. This university is not only the fastest and the youngest growing university but also competing with foreign universities. It has tie-ups with high profile companies which in turn give good placement opportunities to the students. I hope you got your answer.

Hi. As per a notification by HRD Ministry, universities offering distance education courses will now be regulated under the UGC (University Grants Commission) ODL (Open and Distance Learning) Regulations, 2017. You can get an approved copy from UGC website.
