Yes, JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Being a UGC-approved university, the degree is valid everywhere. The university is accredited with an A Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). Apply for admission to various courses before the last date of application.

Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET exam if your PGDM is only AICTE approved. To be eligible for the UGC NET course, you must have completed a post graduate degree from a recognised university and an AICTE approved institute. The PGDM from an AICTE approved institute is considered equivalent to a Master's degree from a recognised Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The Shinde Institute is not listed as a UGC approved college in the UGC list. However, it is important to note that the list only includes colleges under UGC Act 1956, Sections 2 (f) and 12 (B), and the Shinde Institute does not fall under these categories. Also, the survey refers to Shinde Institute as an engineering institute, and engineering institutes tend to be AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) approved rather than specifically mentioning UGC Shinde Institute of Engineering as AICTE3 approved.
