NO , the Shanti Business School is not listed as a UGC ( University Grant Commission) approved institution, but it is approved by AICTE (All india council for technical education).

NO, the Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering is not UGC (University Grant Commission) approved beacuse it is not a traditional University or college, it may not fall under the purview of the UGC (University Grant Commission)

They are recognised by the directiorate general of civil aviation, which is a regulatory body for civil aviation in India.

They are both part of private university located in Pune Maharashtra.

Yes, MIT institute of design is UGC ( University Grant Commission) approved, the institute is affiliated with MIT University of art, design, and technology which is AICTE . It's a legit institute of design for over 17+ years located in Loni Pune Maharashtra.
