Bukovinian State Medical University is a good university to study medicine. You may also consider Dontesk National Medical University, Odessa National Medical University. Donetsk is amongst the first university in Ukraine to start English medium of instruction.

Russia and Ukraine are suitable countries to pursue medical education.
With respect to the course the country can change. For example Switzerland is considered the best for Hospitality and Tourism.
So please specify the course you want to study.

The program is taught both in English and Russian. You can opt to learn in either one of the language. It is mentioned on the website too that candidates for studying in English must pass an English test in order to show their English level and candidates for studying in Russian language must pass Russian test.
