Deadlines for submitting applications to University College London (UCL) for Indian students:

Oxbridge and most medicine, veterinary medicine, and dentistry courses: 16 October 2023

Undergraduate programs (September intake): 31 January 2024 

January intake (for undergraduate and postgraduate): 30 September the previous year (e.g. 30 September 2023 for January 2024 intake). 

Additionally:
UCL accepts international applications up to 30 June 2024, even if you miss the 31 January deadline
The UCL India Excellence Scholarships for Master's programs have a deadline of 5 pm UK time, 29 February 2024.

University College London has announced the UCL India Excellence Scholarship, a new initiative to support 100 of India's the brightest students to pursue full-time Master's degree studies at UCL. For the 2024-25 academic year, there are 33 scholarships available, each worth £5,000 towards tuition fees. To be eligible for these, candidates should be permanent residents of India, hold a Bachelors degree from an NIRF Top 100 institution, and possess a first-class equivalent GPA. Yes, an average Indian student can join UCL if they meet the admission requirements:

UCL accepts Indian Standard 12/HSC with a minimum average of 55% depending on the exam board for undergraduate entry.
For postgraduate entry, UCL requires an Indian bachelor's degree (3 or 4 years) with a higher than 55% from a recognised college or university.
The minimum TOEFL score to gain admission to UCL is 92-109, while for IELTS it is 6.5–7.5, and for PTE it is 75.
