At Birmingham University Dubai, students are considered automatically. These scholarships are reviewed and awarded after a prospective student receives and accepts the Conditional offer. For this, the students have to first the deposit of AED 5,000 (Around INR 1.28 lakh). A separate scholarship application is not required to be submitted.

UOB Dubai does not offer fully funded scholarships to Indian students as of now. The university only offers partially funded scholarships worth up to 30% cover discount on tuition costs.

Some invitation-only scholarships also cover up to 50% of the annual cost of studies at UoB Dubai.

No, students do not have to maintain a GPA or grades once they join, it also is automatic and does not have to be renewed. University of Birmingham Dubai provides some scholarships specifically to Indian students. In 2023, four scholarships of £2,500 was offered to Indian students. The scholarship is offered to the highest performing student pursuing a course from the university. Apart from these, UoB also offers other merit-based scholarships to students.

The University of Birmingham Dubai offers various scholarships to students but not all scholarships apply to all years of study. The Chancellors academic merit scholarship (based on predicted grades, applies to all years of study except for the Undergraduate Students who are on 2+2 and 2+1 programmes. The advanced award scholarship applies to year one only (once the student accepts and pays the deposit before the deadline) and if scholarships are combined they should not exceed 40%

The University of Birmingham will offer 125 scholarships to ambitious students under the 125 Scholarship Initiative. The students who are enrolling in September 2026 are eligible to apply for the scholarship. Undergraduate or graduate students across disciplines, including Health, Engineering, Business, Law, Computer Science, and Life Science, can apply for this scholarship. The selection will be based on academic merit. The scholarship will cover 50% of tuition fees for the deserving candidates.
