According to major ranking providers like Guardian University ranking and the Complete University Guide, both universities ranked among the top 100 business universities in the UK. If we compare them in term of ranking by Guardian, then Oxford Brookes ranking for business, marketing & management is 57 while the University of East London rank 100 in the country. Hence, Brookes is the better choice than UEL in terms of ranking to study MBA in the UK.

To study in Germany, yes, there is a criteria. I am afraid that 55% is too low. You are expected to have at least 68% or so. Additionally, for an MBA, you must have around 3 years of professional experience, you must also take the GMAT and the IELTS. So, you are not quite ready for an MBA in Germany yet.

It is not the best but one of the reputed ones. It is mainly reputed for social sciences and health care programs. Famous universities for MBA are London Business School, LSE, Imperial College London, Manchester University Business School, Warwick University Business School, etc.
