Yes, you can visit the University before starting the course. Hertfordshire University has open days over the course of the year where you will be able to view Hertfordshire accommodation and other facilities. You will also get the opportunity to speak to academic staff and students. You need to book your space. If you require a visa to visit our campus, you will need to arrange this yourself. You can check visa requirements on the UK Government website.

The two main campuses of Hertfordshire University UK are College Lane and de Havilland less than a kilometre apart. Students get a pathway network, cycle routes, and shuttle buses to reach the university. Each campus is equipped with various state-of-the-art facilities and on-campus accommodation facilities for students; such as accommodation, a medical center, a coffee shop, restaurants, and much more. All these facilities help in building positive social interaction amongst the students. Today, the university host under 32,000 students, studying 550-degree options at our two vibrant, inclusive campuses and Bayfordbury Observatory.

 The nearest airport to the University of Hertfordshire is London Luton Airport (LU2 9LY). The distance between London Luton Airport (LTN) and the University of Hertfordshire is 18.9 miles (24 mins) via the M1 and A414 route. Students can check the Hertfordshire Airport Transfers in town that offers Airport taxis from Luton Airport to UH and taxis from London airports to Herts.

The University of Hertfordshire CAS deadline September 2023 was Aug 14, 2023, for Semester A 2023/24 for international students. The CAS deadline for Semester B 2023/24 is Dec 4, 2023, and for Semester C 2023/24, the deadline is Apr 1, 2024. The University of Hertfordshire deadline is Jan 31, 2024, for undergraduate admission.

Yes, you are allowed to work while studying at the University of Hertfordshire. Most students entering the UK on a Student visa are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during term time. Students can work depending on the type of student sponsor they have. You can work full-time outside term time and your working hours in term time must not exceed 10 or 20 a week.
