Yes, Hertfordshire Uni UK offers a number of scholarships to international students. Students are not required to apply for Chancellor's International Scholarship (£500 – £4,000) as the university automatically assesses the course application form along with the supporting documents. The scholarship opportunities are given below:

However, for international students, taking admission without IELTS is possible if they submit any other English language proficiency test score such as PTE / TOEFL.
