University of North Dakota Eligibility

Mentioned below are the general admission requirements for admission in the University of North Dakota MS in Computer Science program: 

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. Students holding B.S. degrees in other fields, e.g. physics, and mathematics, may be admitted to provisional status until the applicant selects that as an undergraduate requirement in computer science.
• An overall undergraduate GPA of at least 3.00
• Applicants must hold degrees from non-ABET accredited universities and are strongly recommended to submit scores from the General FTest of Graduate Record Examination.
• Applicants must meet the English requirements:

International students must meet the University of North Dakota admission requirements to get admission to the university. They must complete a high school degree with a qualifying GPA of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale for UG and a bachelor's degree with a qualifying GPA of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale for PG admission. UND UG Requirements

• Must complete a secondary school/high school
• A minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale
• Must meet the English language requirements
• Submit a valid ACT/SAT score

UND PG Requirements

• Complete a baccalaureate degree from a recognised institution
• A minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, based on a 4.0 scale
• Must meet the English language requirements
• Submit a statement of purpose
• Provide an updated Resume/CV
• Professional LOR (number varies)
