University of North Texas offers scholarships to Indian students every year in the following ways:

• UNT has an Eagle Scholarship Portal for all the students at the university and it opens every year during the Fall intake semester. The main scholarship available through the Eagle Scholarships Portal is the International Education Scholarship. 
• The Eagle Scholarship portal is open from October through March during every academic year. The funding is offered to students during the Fall and Semester intakes with values up to USD 1,000.
• University of North Texas offers the Texas Public Education Grant which is available to all international students at the university. This grant provides limited financial aid to eligible non-immigrant international students who have the F and J visas.

UNT Denton is internationally known for the following:

• The university is focusing on fostering global understanding and it is promoting cultural appreciation which are important for successful global leaders in the future. 
• The International Affairs at UNT has a goal of supporting the university's global achievements and international initiatives.
• The university also supports high-quality teaching, research and service in the provision of expertise with assistance to their faculty, staff and students. 
• University of North Texas has their International Student and Scholar Services Center that focuses on providing support, care which includes advising and immigration regulation. 

The University of North Texas application process may vary slightly depending on the course and level of study. However, here is the following process for UG and PG course.

Below is the Application Process for Both UG & PG: 

Step 1: Applicants must submit their applications to UNT 

Step 2: International applicants must pay an application fee of USD 85.

Step 3: students must submit their transcript of academics to (UNT). They highly recommend electronic document submission. However, remember not to send transcripts, mark sheets, diplomas, certificates or any other academic credential that cannot be duplicated or replaced. 

Step 5: Applicants are requested to submit their English Language Proficiency.

Step 6:  Students must check their department requirements and deadlines, however, departmental applications, test scores, references, auditions and other documents may be required by a different deadline. 

Step 7:  The applicant will be informed of her admission status via a letter in the mail or your mu.unt.edu portal.
