  • A Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science (or equivalent), with a minimum average of B (70%). Degrees like Bachelor (3 year) and Master / Bachelor (3 years) from institutes of NAAC rating (some programs) / Bachelor programs (4 years) / Postgraduate Diploma are acceptable
  • One professor who is willing to supervise the research and thesis
  • English language proof: TOEFL 570 (Paper Based) or 88-89 (Internet-Based) / IELTS Overall 6.5

MS in CS at the University of Ottawa is of two-years. The language of instruction of the programme is English. The first-year tuition fee for Master in Computer Science at the University of Ottawa is around INR 9 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fees, students are required to pay for other expenses such as hostel & meals, transportation, insurance, student services fees, etc. All these other expenses will cost around INR 12 Lakh.

Indian students willing to take admission to the University of Ottawa must meet the admission requirements. The University of Ottawa admission requirements vary as per the course levels.

Undergraduate Courses

For international students, University of Ottawa does not offer access to loan programmes who would not fall in the eligible citizen category. Some of the scholarships and bursaries offered to international students are given as follows:
