No, the Uni of Rochester is not among the Ivy League universities. However, it is still considered a prestigious and tier 1 institute. Rochester Uni is often referred as an "Hidden Ivy".
It's a term commonly used for top-tier private colleges/universities which offer studies on par with actual Ivy League Schools in USA.
