Both the University of Illinois Springfield and the University of South Florida offers better placement opportunities to thier graduates. According to the University of Illinois Springfield placements, the eployment rate is 93.4% for graduates students, while the University of South Florida placements rate is 95%. Therefore, University of South Florida placements is better than the UIS Springfield placements.

No, the University of South Florida (USF) and the University of Tampa are not the same university. The University of South Florida is a public research university with its main campus located in Tampa. Whereas, the University of Tampa is a private university with campus in Tampa. People confuse between them because both of them have their main campus in the same city i.e., Tampa.

  • A 4-year’s bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • GMAT / GRE scores
  • Relevant work experience in Information Technology, Information Services, Business Analytics or related sectors

Yes, USF requires GMAT for an MBA program. For the most recent classes, the average GMAT has been around 572 and the GRE average is around 308. Apart from GMAT scores, the applicants are required to have other application materials in order to submit the application such as academic transcripts, SOP, professional resume, recommendation letters, etc.

Undergraduate: The applicants taking admission to undergraduate courses must have met any of the following requirements: 

  • High school senior / high school graduate who never enrolled in college / high school student or graduate who earned dual enrollment credit or an AA degree but have not completed more than 11 semester hours of college coursework after high school graduation
