The admission requirements are same for all international students. To study the specific programme at University of Toronto you must have above 75% in your Bachelor's degree. You must also take the IELTS. GRE is not required. Check here for admissions and fees, check the FAQ section for additional requirements like reference letters, SOP etc. http://www.pharmtox.utoronto.ca/admission-graduate-pharmacology-programs.

I am sure you will, those grades are good. However, admissions will also depend on your SOP and LOR. You may take the SAT just confirm with the university if they accept SAT and check if they have spring intake or not. The sooner you apply the better.

Applications to University of Toronto is processed by the Ontario University Application Center (OUAC). It is an online application portal, check OUAC website for the application process. As criteria for UG application students must have more than 75% in your 10+2 and must take THE IELTS. Just go through their application page which has all details, remember to check the deadlines

Scholarships are on merit basis and given by the universities. I would say 70% is not a great score but you can be lucky to get a scholarship if the university likes your profile. Try in USA too since they are more generous. A very good SAT score will help your profile.
