you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. It is better to apply n advance to get this conditional offer and with this offer letter you can apply fir bank loan also.

tution fee will cost u 15 lac per year that means for 2 years it will cost 30 lac. but its only tution fee.
total fee including ur test (gre, toefl) , hostel, books nd travelling will be cost u around 60-70 lac.
