Applicants who are deferred are neither admitted nor denied upon initial review at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Deferred applicants have the potential for success at UW-Madison, however, they would to review midyear grades and other supporting material prior to making a final decision.

Below are the MBA requirements:

  1. LOR: MBA programs ask for a LOR, and with particular exceptions, who should write those letters. 

  2. Transcripts and degrees:  MBA applicant must provide the university with transcripts of their academics with degree certificates. Similarly, applying for PhD or doctoral programme may require a master’s degree and transcripts from all graduate institutions of the applicant.

Below are the requirements for the University of Wisconsin in Computer Science:

  1. Applicant must have a score of 3.0 GPA on a scale of 4.0

CGPA - 3/4

  1. Applicants must have completed a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent to a 3-year bachelor's degree or equivalent followed by a completed master's degree.

  2. A minimum undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 on the equivalent of the last 60 semester hours (approximately two years of work) or a master's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 is required.

The University of Wisconsin Madison has an application fee of USD 60 for UG and USD 75 with an additional USD 6 for international students. The amount is non-refundable irrespective of the outcome. However, the university helps students by providing waivers for international students. These waivers are for students who can afford or are in financial hardships.

No, the University of Wisconsin Madison graduate school doesn't require any GRE or GMAT standardised tests. However, it could be compulsory for certain courses depending on it’s admission requirements. Students are suggested to check the conditions thoroughly to avoid last-minute difficulties.

The acceptance rate of  University of Wisconsin Madison is 57% to 60% approximately which means  57 to 60 students are accepted out of 100.
