Yes, the University of Würzburg is open to international students and students from India and offers admission for both winter and summer terms. Indian students have to apply for a student permit to study in Germany and have to fulfill important entry requirements, such as submitting a high school diploma, certificates of higher qualifications, language tests (German-English), and other specific program requirements. The university is also trying to have a diverse batch of students which comprises of more and more international students so it gives preference to Indian and Asian students.

The minimum TOEFL score required for admission to the University of Wurzburg is 83. The University also accepts various English proficiency tests besides TOEFL. These include the IELTS test with a minimum score of 6.0, the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) with a minimum grade of C, the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) with a minimum level of B2, and the UNIcert® Certificate at minimum level II (UniCert® II).
