The university conducts its admission through CET. You have to obtain good rank to get into USLLS. If you do not get a good rank, you will have a chance to secure admission in the spot counseling round, but if you still do not get admission, you will have to reappear.

GGSIPU conducts its admission through its own exam conducted every year in the month of June/July. You have to check the eligibility criteria fur appearing into the exam which changes every year but most of the time it remains 40% minimum.

Yes,
Any degree (graduation). It may be regular or distant.
The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
