With 1000 rank, expect any colleges except for Amity and Swami Vivekananda. But, you might even get through one of these, if there are any vacancies. To know about the vacancies, you are supposed to check on their websites regularly.

IPU CET Law is the exam for both B.A LL.B and BBA LLB. Once the merit list is out you can check which college you get according to your rank under all the IP-affiliated colleges and then you can opt which course you want to pursue out of the ones that college has to offer.

There is no direct admission in IP University and you need to crack the entrance exam of IP University and if you have good ranking, then only you would get the best college for law.

You have to fill an online registration form, which requires your details like class 10th and 12th marks with mark sheet attached, passport size photograph and your signature. You also need to submit the online fees for registration.
